You must be at least 16 years old to use Horent. You agree to use the platform only for lawful housing-related purposes. You must provide accurate and truthful information during sign-up or when listing a house.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Horent is not liable for any misuse of your account.
3. Listings and Content
Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy of the house details they upload. Horent reserves the right to remove any listings that are misleading, offensive, or fraudulent.
4. Payments and Fees
Any future payment features (e.g. rent, deposits) will be processed through trusted partners like Paytred. Horent does not currently charge users for browsing listings.
5. Communication
Users may receive emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages for updates or verification. Horent will never ask for your password or personal payment information via phone or unofficial channels.
6. Limitation of Liability
Horent acts as a connecting platform and does not guarantee the condition or availability of listed properties. We are not responsible for disputes between tenants and landlords.
7. Updates to Terms
Horent may update these terms as we grow. Users will be notified of major changes via email or the app/website.
